These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, sales, and services provided by House of Hamis Limited(“we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “the Customer”), whether in-store, online, or via consultation. By purchasing products or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Product Range
House of Hamis sells furniture, lighting, and decorative accessories, including bespoke and customised pieces. All products are subject to availability and may differ slightly from images shown.
2.2 Consultations and Bespoke Services
We offer home styling consultations, bespoke furniture design, and delivery placement services. Details of bespoke work will be agreed in writing, including costs, timelines, and specifications.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are accepted once confirmed by House of Hamis. All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery for online orders or bespoke items. For in-store purchases, payment is accepted via card, cash, or agreed credit arrangements.
5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery times are indicative. While we aim to meet agreed dates, House of Hamis is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
6.1 Standard Products
Returns are accepted in accordance with UK Consumer Rights if items are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 Bespoke or Custom Items
Custom-made or bespoke products are non-refundable unless faulty. All bespoke work is manufactured to agreed specifications.
7. Warranties and Liability
All products are supplied as described. House of Hamis does not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use. Any manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the relevant supplier.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, content, and branding on the House of Hamis website and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to House of Hamis Limited. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer data is collected solely to process orders, deliver services, and provide communication. We comply with UK GDPR and ensure all personal information is stored securely and not shared with unauthorised third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
